ARTICLE 3 - FAST TRACK MEDIATION
1) The parties may agree to shorten the various 
time-limits set out in these Rules. Any such 
agreement entered into subsequent to the selection
of a mediator shall become effective only upon the 
approval of the mediator. 

2) CIDRA, on its own initiative or at the request of 
one or more parties, may extend any time limit which 
has been shortened by the parties under this Article.
