ACCOMPLISHMENTS: | Study & visit of major Stock Exchanges in Europe, U.S.A, Canada and Far Eastern Countries including Japan Regular interaction with international Arbitration bodies and Stock Exchange. Regular attendance in most of the Seminars on Capital Markets. Executive Committee Member (Nominated) of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE) for the year 1997 & 1998. This Committee (EC) manages the overall day to day operations of the Exchange. A member of the Arbitration Panel of National Stock Exchange (NSE) for both WDM, Capital Market and Futures & Options segment as Sole Arbitrator and Panel Member Arbitrator including presiding officer. Member of the Committee (NSE) constituted to hear those Members against whom Fake/Forged/Stolen Securities were reported. This Committee has since already submitted two reports. Member of the Committee (NSE) to decide on modification on Market hours and to carry out necessary modifications in price band on account of sensitive information. Member of the Committee (NSE) to study and prepare note for introduction of Sub-Broker. The Committee submitted its report and system of Sub-Broker have since been introduced. Drafted Rules, Bye-laws and Memorandum and Articles of Vadodara Stock Exchange and ensured their approval by the Authorities. Member of the selection Panel to select Members for the Stock Exchange. Appointment was by Finance Ministry of Govt. of India. Led a delegation visit Stock Exchanges of Singapore, Hongkong, Bangkok, Tokyo and Osaka (1992) to see their operations and incorporate Global Practices in the operation of the Exchange.
