MEDIATION
CIDRA ADMINISTRATIVE FEES
The CIDRA administrative fee is $250 per party (unless CIDRA has extraordinary involvement and then the fee is decided case by case).
MEDIATOR'S FEES
The mediator's fee is $500 per hour. CIDRA's administrative role in a mediation is minimal. This allows the parties and the mediator the maximum flexibility and efficiency in proceeding with the mediation.
ARBITRATION
CIDRA ADMINISTRATIVE FEES
A nonrefundable filing fee is payable in full in U.S. dollars by a filing party when a claim, counterclaim or additional claim is filed, as provided below:

When the amount of claim, counterclaim or additional claim is not mentioned at the time of filing, the minimum filing fee is $2,000, subject to increase when the claim or counterclaim is disclosed.
CIDRA shall determine an appropriate fee when a claim or counterclaim does not include a monetary amount.
The minimum filing fee for any case having three or more arbitrators is $2,000.
ARBITRATOR'S FEES
The arbitrators shall fix their fees consistent with the schedule provided by CIDRA. Currently, arbitrators are compensated at the rate of $450 per hour.
