FILING FEES
A nonrefundable filing fee of $250.00 per party is payable in full in U.S. dollars by a filing party when a mediation is initiated. (If CIDRA has extraordinary involvement, the fee is decided case-by-case.)
MEDIATORS' FEES
Currently, mediators are compensated at the rate of $450 per hour.
