THE ARBITRATION RULES OF CHICAGO INTERNATIONAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION ASSOCIATION (CIDRA) ARTICLE 22 - PERIODS OF TIME The periods of time fixed by the arbitral tribunal or CIDRA for the communication of written statements (including the statement of claim and statements of defense) should not exceed thirty days. However, the arbitral tribunal or CIDRA, as the case may be, may extend the time limits if it concludes that an extension is justified.
